A Life Member is a soror who has paid in full a Life Membership fee prior to The Minerva Circle is a special committee created solely for purpose of planning and administering the activities of the Membership Intake Program.

A National Board was started in the summer of to oversee the expansion of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Pi as a nationwide sorority, as well as to provide support for all existing chapters and colonies.
